Artis diburu ‘downline’ gagal dapat bayaran

KUALA LUMPUR: Pelakon dan penyanyi terkenal antara ribuan ahli sebuah syarikat jualan langsung berpejabat di ibu negara yang kini menjadi mangsa apabila syarikat terbabit didakwa gagal menjelaskan baki bayaran bonus yang dijanjikan kepada mereka.

Difahamkan, syarikat terbabit sepatutnya menjelaskan bayaran berkenaan kepada semua ahli sebelum sambutan Aidilfitri lalu, namun gagal berbuat demikian sehingga membangkitkan kemarahan ahli.

Memburukkan lagi keadaan apabila syarikat terbabit mendakwa beberapa stokis melarikan wang bonus terbabit bernilai jutaan ringgit.

Menurut seorang penyanyi yang enggan dikenali, hidupnya agak terganggu kebelakangan ini apabila dihujani pelbagai pertanyaan daripada hampir 500 ahli ‘downline’ lain, menyertai program jualan langsung itu melaluinya

Dia mendakwa, pada mulanya skim jualan langsung yang disertainya berjalan dengan baik dan tambah meyakinkan apabila program berkenaan bertujuan membantu golongan berpendapatan sederhana untuk menambah pendapatan.

“Bagaimanapun semuanya berubah apabila syarikat menggantung pembayaran kepada ahli dengan alasan wang terbabit diserahkan kepada pihak stokis dilantik dan menyalahkan stokis berkenaan kerana gagal membayar wang itu kepada kami.

“Bagi saya hal seperti ini menunjukkan kelemahan pentadbiran syarikat dan dianggap satu alasan yang kurang bijak dan tidak boleh diterima akal,” katanya ketika dihubungi, semalam.

Penyanyi berusia 40-an itu bagaimanapun berharap semua ahli yang belum menerima bayaran bonus masing-masing agar bersabar dan memberikan peluang kepada syarikat terbabit melunaskan bayaran kepada mereka.

Katanya, syarikat berkenaan beberapa kali menangguhkan pembayaran menyebabkan ramai ahli di seluruh negara berang dan berasa tertipu.

Harian Metro pada Ahad lalu melaporkan kisah dua stokis syarikat jualan langsung terbabit yang mendakwa difitnah syarikat terbabit yang menuduh mereka menggelapkan wang RM3.25 juta.

Akibat berita tidak berasas itu yang disiarkan melalui laman web syarikat terbabit, stokis berkenaan mendakwa hidupnya kini tidak keruan kerana terpaksa berhadapan dan memberikan penjelasan panjang lebar kepada ‘downline’ yang sering bertanyakan hal bayaran bonus kepadanya.

Selain rumah dikepung ‘downline’ masing-masing, dia turut mendakwa seorang stokis mendakwa turut menerima ugutan bunuh daripada individu tidak dikenali.

Menurut mangsa, jumlah anggaran kasar keseluruhan wang yang dipungut syarikat terbabit daripada 200,000 akaun berdaftar mencecah RM40 juta.
